Do I need a consultation before colour?
For larger colour changes, balayage or corrections, we recommend a consultation first. It gives us time to talk through your hair, your goals and the best way to get you there.
What should I book if I’m not sure?
No stress. Send us a message with a little about your hair and what you’re thinking, and we’ll point you towards the right appointment.
How long will my appointment take?
It depends on the service. A cut & finish is usually around an hour, while colour and balayage appointments can take a few hours. We’ll confirm everything when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change — we get it. We just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment.
